My life is shaped by other people and they deserve a mention

because life is wild and beautiful.
2. Questions you ask yourself
K: The Wise Man’s Fear by Patrick Rothfuss
What is it that a wise person fears? What can I learn from that?
Katie (Lost In Pages): Do Andriods Dream of Electric Sheep?
I mean, do they?
3. How you think people would describe your personality?
K: Crazy Rich Asians by Kevin Kwan

Katie (Lost In Pages): Truly Devious by Maureen Johnson
This is a joke, clearly. I’m not devious at all, but the title definitely fit well.
4. Your philosophy on dating/love
K: So Yesterday by Scott Westerfeld

I’m a commitment-loving person. Marriage is definitely the end game.
5. Your relationship with academics
K: One of Us is Lying by Karen M. McManus
My grades say one thing but I say another so clearly one of us is lying…
Katie (Lost In Pages): The Hating Game by Sally Thorne
because I really hated certain aspects of school. I love learning, but I hated the rules and regulations.
6. How you felt about the prospect of college?
K: Sorcery for Beginners by Matt Harry
When a lot of topics are first introduced in engineering courses , they seem like utter black magic(Gauss’ Laws)
Katie (Lost In Pages): More Happy Than Not by Adam Silvera
I had high hopes for college and freedom, so it was definitely more positive of an experience than negative.
7. One thing you learned so far in life
K: Every Heart a Doorway by Seanen Mcguire
Talking to strangers is so interesting. Everyone has their own experience and you learn such interesting things.
Katie (Lost In Pages): Heart of Iron by Ashley Poston
you have to have an iron heart to make it through. Be loving, but be protective of your heart.
8. Advice you’d give to your high school self
K: Extracurricular Activities by Yoon Ha Lee
Pick a couple extracurriculars and stick when them, don’t just hop around
Katie (Lost In Pages): Just Listen by Sarah Dessen
teachers and adults had a lot of wisdom to give besides just textbook knowledge.
9. Your best trait
K: Autonomous by Annalee Newitz
I pride myself in being very independent
Katie (Lost In Pages): Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell
I’m a total fangirl over so many things, and it shows my dedication! I love being a part of a fandom because it gives you a sense of family.
10. Your worst trait
K: Zero Sum Game by SL Huang
I have a habit of thinking of situations as zero sum games where only one party can win and I’m still trying to break this mindset
Katie (Lost In Pages): Queen of Shadows by Sarah J. Maas
because I have a tendency to keep to myself and have an air of mystery around me. I’m kind of shut off.
